Right of return (EU consumers)

As a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt to return your order without giving a reason. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@leafnotrace.pl and we will replace it or refund you.
